PUBLIC RELATIONSHIPS INDEX STUDY 2020

COVID-19 CRISIS IMPROVES RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN EMPLOYERS & WORKERS

The Argyle Public Relationships Index™, a national survey by Leger Research for the Argyle Group conducted from March 27-30, 2020, shows a significant improvement in Canadians’ relationships with their employers and co-workers. Canadians give their employers high marks on many dimensions: satisfaction, trust, taking care of workers, concern for “people like me,” and commitment to meet workers’ expectations.
